LENS is a great option to help individuals suffering from Symptoms of:
WHAT IS IT?
LENS is a cutting-edge form of biofeedback designed to support your brain’s natural ability to self-regulate and heal. By gently “rebooting” the brain and rewiring how it responds to internal and external stimuli, LENS can provide rapid improvement for a wide range of central nervous system challenges.

Over 85% of individuals who have tried LENS report noticeable benefits—and many experience meaningful results within just 8- 10 sessions. Whether you're navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, or other neurological imbalances, LENS offers a gentle yet powerful path toward greater clarity, calm, and resilience.
LENS neurofeedback isn’t about forcing change—it’s about gently guiding your brain back to its natural state of balance and flexibility. By delivering ultra-low-energy electromagnetic feedback, LENS helps interrupt rigid or maladaptive brainwave patterns often rooted in trauma, stress, or injury.
Using simple EEG sensors on the scalp and/or body, your brain receives subtle signals that reflect its own activity. Once the brain becomes aware of its inefficiencies, it begins to reorganize—naturally and effortlessly. This leads to reduced symptoms, enhanced regulation, and a restored sense of ease in both mind and body.
Unlike traditional neurofeedback, there’s no learning curve, no effort required, and no need to stay perfectly still. Just a few minutes per session can spark lasting, meaningful shifts.
Safe and Effective for All Ages
LENS has been used safely for over 30 years—helping individuals across the lifespan, from infants as young as 3 months to older adults. Its gentle, non-invasive approach makes it accessible and beneficial for nearly everyone, regardless of age or condition. In most cases, LENS neurofeedback supports the brain’s natural ability to heal and regulate, offering meaningful improvements across a wide range of concerns.
LENS as a Powerful Companion to Other Treatments
LENS works seamlessly alongside other forms of therapy and treatment. It’s not a replacement for talk therapy—instead, it amplifies and accelerates the healing process.
By helping your nervous system self-regulate and slow down, LENS makes it easier to access and apply the tools you may learning in therapy. Rather than feeling too overwhelmed or hijacked to integrate new insights, your brain becomes more receptive and resilient.
A regulated nervous system is the foundation for lasting change—supporting healthier coping strategies, improved emotional balance, and more sustainable patterns of growth.
To get the most out of your LENS experience, consistency is key. We recommend an initial commitment of 8 weekly sessions to give your brain the time it needs to begin integrating the new patterns LENS helps initiate.
Most people begin noticing improvements within the first 5–8 sessions—but that doesn’t necessarily mean the process is complete. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everyone comes in with different histories, goals, and nervous system needs. That’s why treatment length can vary.
On average, my clients complete anywhere between 20 to 40 sessions, depending on their unique circumstances. The good news? These sessions can be done in an accelerated format, condensed into a shorter time frame for those looking for faster, more intensive results.

After a thorough assessment and evaluation to determine if LENS is the right fit for you, sessions are simple and efficient. A typical LENS session includes about 15 minutes of setup, followed by just 3–5 minutes of actual neurofeedback. Each follow-up session begins with a brief check-in to discuss any noticeable shifts or changes since your last visit—because your experience matters, and we adjust as needed.
LENS is not invasive in any way. EEG sensors are simply placed on the scalp and/or body to track brainwave activity and deliver gentle feedback. The process is completely safe, brief, and FDA-approved. In fact, the signal used in LENS is significantly weaker than the one emitted by your cell phone. It’s a subtle, yet powerful way to support your brain’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.
Traditional neurofeedback focuses on training the brain—requiring the client to actively engage in tasks or learn to produce certain brainwave patterns over time. In contrast, LENS neurofeedback works by helping the brain regulate and rebalance itself, without any effort or conscious learning required from the client.
LENS acts more like a “reboot” than a training program. It gently disrupts frozen, maladaptive patterns and defensive loops caused by trauma—whether emotional or physical—allowing the brain and nervous system to return to a more flexible, resilient state. There's no need to “do” anything during the session. The process is passive, yet deeply powerful.

LENS does not replace talk therapy—instead, it amplifies the process. It has the power to fast-track healing and significantly enhance the benefits of therapy. By helping the nervous system self-regulate and slow down, LENS allows you to actually integrate the skills you're learning in therapy, rather than being too hijacked to access them. A regulated nervous system is foundational for implementing healthier coping mechanisms and creating sustainable patterns of change.
Unfortunately most insurances do not cover this type of service. I am currently not credentialed with the very few that do.
